Damping Material
ABOUT
Damping materials are used to reduce vibration and limit the transmission of sound through building structures. Rather than shaping sound within a room, these materials focus on controlling structure-borne noise and airborne sound transfer by increasing mass, reducing resonance, and dissipating vibrational energy.
Commonly integrated into wall, floor, ceiling, and mechanical assemblies, damping materials enhance overall sound insulation performance without significantly increasing construction thickness. Manufactured from high-performance polymers and rubber-based composites, they offer reliable acoustic control while meeting modern environmental, safety, and durability standards.

F20 / F30 – High Polymer Sound Insulation Felt
The material is environmentally responsible, containing no halogen, formaldehyde, benzene, asbestos, radioactive substances, or ozone-depleting compounds. Its stable composition ensures consistent performance in a wide range of service environments.
Despite their slim profile, F20 and F30 deliver strong sound reduction performance, making them suitable for use in walls, ceilings, floors, and enclosures where space efficiency is essential. The material is flame retardant, moisture-resistant, and thermally insulating, supporting safe and long-lasting applications across multiple fields.
Dimensions
F20: 6000mm (L) × 610mm (W) × 2.0mm (T)
F30: 4000mm (L) × 610mm (W) × 3.0mm (T)
Sound Insulation Performance
1.0mm thickness: sound reduction up to 20 dB
2.0mm thickness: sound reduction up to 25 dB

F100 B – High-Performance Damping and Sound Insulation Sheet
100 B is a versatile damping material designed to suit a wide range of interior environments requiring enhanced sound insulation and vibration control. Its compact format allows for flexible installation, particularly in floor assemblies where both impact and airborne noise reduction are required.
When applied directly beneath flooring systems, F100 B effectively improves slab impact sound insulation while also reducing airborne sound transmission. The product’s balanced mass and flexibility support reliable acoustic performance in hospitality, commercial, and studio environments.
Specification
Size: 610mm × 610mm × 2.0mm
Weight (per piece): 1.51 kg
Applicable
Applied beneath floor finishes to improve slab impact sound and airborne sound insulation. Applied as pipe wrapping to enhance the sound insulation and noise reduction of PVC pipe walls. Applied to metal structures for vibration damping and improved sound reduction in sound insulation covers, engineering machinery, vehicle bodies, ship compartments, and engine compartments.

MLV – Mass Loaded Vinyl Sound Insulation Material
Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) is a flexible sound insulation material designed to block airborne noise by increasing surface mass and reducing sound energy transmission. Manufactured primarily from polymer materials, MLV combines high density with elasticity, allowing it to conform easily to various substrates.
It is commonly used in wall and ceiling assemblies in combination with gypsum board or MgO board, as well as in applications involving pipes, machinery enclosures, and vibration damping systems. The material effectively reduces sound transmission while maintaining installation flexibility.
MLV is flame retardant and engineered to resist combustion when exposed to high temperatures, making it suitable for demanding acoustic insulation applications.
Dimension
5000mm (L) × 1000mm (W) × 3.0mm (T)
Density

Sound Insulation Performance
MLV effectively blocks the passage of sound waves and reduces airborne noise transmission, making it widely used in spaces requiring soundproofing and noise control.

VDM Floor Damping Material – Vibration Damping Mat
VDM Floor Damping Material is a rubber-based vibration isolation and damping mat designed to absorb shocks, reduce structure-borne noise, and improve acoustic comfort. The viscoelastic properties of rubber, derived from its molecular structure, provide excellent hysteresis, damping, and elastic recovery.
Manufactured from recycled rubber granules and EPDM bonded with PU polymer, the mat offers durability, elasticity, and slip resistance. It is suitable for environments requiring both acoustic performance and physical resilience.
This material supports safer and more comfortable sports, working, and living environments while contributing to sustainable material use through recycled content.
Dimensions
10000mm (L) × 1000mm (W) × 8.0 / 10.0mm (T)
